We focus on a macro nutrient-based nutritional approach. As we work together, over time we will adjust your calories/macros based on how you look, feel and based off your bio-feedback you give during your weekly accountability check-ins to help maximize your true potential and sense of well-being.

  • Weekly, Bi-Weekly or Monthly Check Ins via email (coming soon nutrition coaching app) + a Video or Phone Calls for collaboration to discuss how the week went in full detail and the game plan for the upcoming week or the next two weeks.
  • Weekly, Bi-Weekly or Monthly Adjustments based on progress
  • Private access to website BLOG for nutrition and training tips and education
  • Weekly Daily Habits protocol (cardio, sleep, rest & recovery)
